The Arlington Public Schools will be looking for Building Substitutes and Teaching Assistants for the 2024-2025 school year. 

 

The people in these positions will work at Arlington High School, and will fill in for teachers who are absent at that school.  If all teachers are present, the building substitute will work as a teaching assistant or provide additional coverage in other areas in the school during the school day.  At the High School, building substitutes may provide coverage at the building entrances, corridors and the cafeteria.

 

Candidates must have experience working with students at the age level.  W\The rate of pay will be $25.62 minimum per hour. 

 

All employees must have a criminal background check, both CORI and Fingerprinting, before beginning work.
